Before embarking on a career in translation, I worked as a writer and editor for various travel, property and beauty magazines, including the now defunct French Magazine, Brand New You and Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetics Magazine.

More recently, I have been writing about topics closer to my heart, reviewing new children’s and YA titles from Latin America, and interviewing other translators about their work. A sample of my published writing can be seen below.
